Had a wonderful stay with great customer care. The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. The room was neat and modern with twin beds, perfect for staying in all day. The location in the Boavista area of Porto was absolutely perfect for us.

Liked to spend 3 days in our new-fashioned a double room with all the amenities and the bedroom, for instance. The location was quiet - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

We had an outstanding experience at the Sheraton. From the moment we arrived, the bellman and front desk staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The manager spent time with us, ensuring all our needs would be met. The concierge provided detailed directions and excellent recommendations for things to do in the city. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, with a wide variety of delicious food. The spa amenities, including the vitality pool, were amazing and the staff were wonderful. The entire staff at this Sheraton property is well trained and seems to love what they do. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were always polite, professional, and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood outside of the busy center allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while still being just a short distance away by car or taxi.
